Rules and Regulations for Volunteers/Members

1. Commitment to Values:

Volunteers must uphold the values of empathy, honesty, integrity, and respect towards all individuals, regardless of background.

2. Punctuality and Participation:

Active participation in events, meetings, and activities is expected. Inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.

3. Code of Conduct:

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the organization.

4. Use of NGO Name/Logo:

The name Helping Hand Foundation Trust and its logo may not be used for personal or promotional purposes without official written permission.

5. Transparency and Responsibility:

Volunteers handling funds, donations, or materials must maintain full transparency and accountability.

6. Confidentiality:

Respect the privacy of beneficiaries and do not share sensitive information (photos, stories, identities) without prior consent.

7. No Political or Religious Promotion:

The NGO is non-political and non-religious. Volunteers must not promote any political or religious agenda during NGO activities.

8. Termination Clause:

The NGO reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s association at any time for violation of rules or actions against the interests of the organization.
